The InnoHSupport Joint Call offers fully funded, tailored advisory services to public and private health and social care procurers across Europe, supporting them in advancing Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) through expert coaching in six strategic areas of the procurement lifecycle.
InnoHSupport invites public and private healthcare procurers to apply for its Joint Call for Advisory Services. This programme offers hands-on guidance to support participants throughout their Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) journey, providing expert assistance every step of the way.
Selected applicants will join a tailored advisory process, receiving personalised coaching and expert input to strengthen key phases of their innovation procurement practices. The services focus on strategy planning, unmet need identification, market engagement, funding opportunities, tender preparation, and contract management, helping procurers scale their impact and embed innovation in their operations.

The call is open to public and private procurers active in the health and social care sectors, established in an EU
Member State or a Horizon Europe-associated country.

Long-term care or social care institutions
At least 10% of selected beneficiaries will come from low or moderate innovation regions, supporting balanced capacity-building across Europe.
Applicants may apply for any of the three available services but will be awarded only one.
Assisting public and private buyers in developing a customised strategy to integrate innovation procurement within their organisations.
Advising public and private buyers on identifying and articulating their needs.
Guiding public and private buyers on gathering feedback from the ecosystem to understand the challenge and potential solutions better.
Helps procurers explore and match relevant EU, national, or regional funding sources to support their innovation procurement plans.
Supports the drafting of clear, innovation-friendly tender documents that attract high-quality proposals while ensuring legal compliance.
Strengthens post-award contract execution with tools for monitoring performance, managing risks, and handling Intellectual Property Rights in innovation procurement.
