Your personal data will be processed to manage your registration and participation in the joint event, including the sending of confirmation messages, logistical information, programme updates and any follow-up communication related to the event.
Data will also be processed to comply with reporting, monitoring and audit obligations arising from the European Commission Grant Agreements governing the InnoHSupport and HIPSS projects.
During the event, photographs and audiovisual recordings may be taken. These images may be used for communication and dissemination purposes strictly related to the event and to the projects, including publication on project websites, social media channels, newsletters and official reports, in order to ensure transparency and visibility of EU-funded activities.
Processing is necessary for the organisation and management of the event in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Processing related to communication and dissemination activities, including the use of images, is based on the legitimate interest of the projects in ensuring visibility and transparency of EU-funded actions in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Registration for this event is managed through Luma Technologies, Inc., operating under the commercial name Luma. The platform processes personal data on behalf of the joint controllers in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at: https://lu.ma/privacy
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), including, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
Personal data will be accessible only to the joint controllers identified above and to the project partners directly involved in the organisation of the event.
Registration data will be processed through Luma Technologies, Inc., operating under the commercial name Luma, acting as data processor on behalf of the joint controllers and in accordance with its applicable data protection and privacy terms.
Where required under the applicable European Commission Grant Agreements, personal data may be disclosed to the European Commission and authorised audit or control bodies.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties for commercial marketing or commercial exploitation purposes.
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the projects and for the period required under EU reporting and audit obligations. Images used for dissemination may remain published as part of the public documentation of project activities.
